"Thanks" to the profiling test, now they say i have a stress level of 26 pts ! In normal circumstances, anything >10 should b of concern ! Honestly, i x tau pun yg i ada stress sblum ni. Penat keje, YES ! But stress ? NO, I don't think so ! So far i wat keje harian macam biasa jer .. xder lah dok tensen maki orang sana sini .. every weekends pun exercise .. makan pun control .. ibadah pun alhamdulillah .. Tapi masih jugak ada stress ? .. huhu ;)
